Advertising Standards & Compliance

We adhere to Australian advertising rules and platform policies. Key points:

  • We comply with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) codes and the Australian Consumer Law.
  • All claims in ads must be truthful, substantiated and not misleading.
  • We implement opt-outs and transparent disclosures for behavioural and retargeting ads.
Targeted advertising

Platform compliance: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic partners each have their own policies. We ensure ads are reviewed and adjusted to meet platform and Australian legal standards prior to launch.

Dispute resolution & complaints (AUS)

We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Below are steps and external options under Australian frameworks.

Submit details to our legal team at Freshtopics@outlook.com. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and propose a resolution within 20 business days wherever practicable.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, you may seek guidance from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) or state fair trading agencies. Some disputes may be eligible for external dispute resolution schemes or small claims tribunals.

For issues involving prohibited content, intellectual property or urgent safety concerns, we will coordinate with platform partners to action takedowns and notify affected parties in accordance with platform rules and applicable Australian law.
